Monday's Three Beautiful Things

If you haven't checked it out, Three Beautiful Things is an awe inspiring blog. Today's post is in imitation and honor of it. These are just random favorite moments or things that made my weekend a little brighter and a little lighter.

Sewing mom, plant shopping and thunderstorm.

Sewing Mom
Mom drives over the mountains to sit in the dining room and sew pillows to brighten up the house.

Plant Shopping
Mountain Man steals me away Saturday morning to prowl local nurseries and buy plants for the garden.

Thunderstorm
After an afternoon mowing and digging and getting dirty in the dirt, a thunderstorm breaks the muggy afternoon.

What are your three beautiful things today?

Having a great cup of Earl Grey tea--hot
    and
Listening to Josh Groban in a quiet house.
    Happy Tuesday!

  3. Waking up after a bad dream and remebering there IS no more colostomy bag.
A beautiful chubby, teething baby who finally slept 6 hours straight
The residual smell of Sherwin Williams Super paint at wee hours of the morning.
